As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Medium with nearly a decade of experience guiding individuals toward healing, my commitment is deeply personal: to decolonize the therapy space and foster authentic, lasting well-being amidst systemic challenges. Born and raised in Chicago, I've witnessed firsthand the diverse experiences, immense strengths, and unique oppressions within our communities, which profoundly informs my approach at Healing Without Limits, established in 2021. This is a space I intentionally created for the Latine community, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ community, and immigrant and First Generation individuals to reclaim their power, honor their voices and truths, and connect with the profound wisdom of their Ancestors – a space where code-switching and cultural explanations are unnecessary. My work is rooted in the belief that individual healing is linked to collective liberation and justice.

As a First-Generation Latina, the feeling of "no ser ni de aquí o ni de allá" (not being fully of 'here' or 'there'), combined with navigating systemic inequities, is personal to me. It's given me a deep understanding of both our immense strength and the heavy burdens we carry. My work is a personal calling, fueled by my own journey and ancestral wisdom. My deepest desire is to create a sacred space where your full self, cultural heritage, and innate spirituality are celebrated, honored, and woven into your healing, recognizing that true well-being requires dismantling external barriers while nurturing collective transformation.

My approach to healing moves beyond traditional therapy—I am a Healer first. I center the profound wisdom of my Ancestors and Elders, my spiritual gifts, and rigorous clinical training. I believe in the inherent interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, so my work naturally integrates holistic wellness practices to support your complete well-being. My clinical foundation is deeply rooted in Ancestral wisdom and spiritual practices, alongside Internal Family Systems (IFS). I deeply resonate with IFS, acknowledging its principles echo Indigenous pláticas and ancestral practices. I completed IFS Level I Training and am actively working towards certification.

This same intention for holistic and spiritual well-being also extends to my online shop, Healing Without Limits Apothecary. I offer spiritual tools to support your self-care and spiritual hygiene, including mindfully crafted goods like intentional candles, cleansing sprays, and oils, alongside personalized spiritual services such as Mediumship Sessions, Oracle Card Readings, and Reiki Healing.

When I step away from sessions and spiritual offerings, you can find me dancing to connect with my ancestors, enjoying time in community, or recharging with a good spooky book.
